Who is a regular customer?

Regular customers are those coach services and travel operators who in a single calendar year achieve a turnover of at least 500 euro with the above facilities.

The price advantage

Together with the advantage of a cash-free procedure at our ticket offices, all those with a regular customer card receive a turnover-related reimbursement on a sliding scale at the end of the year. 

The invoicing

Invoicing of the drives takes place at the end of each month. It contains a list of all drives that have taken place in the invoice month, with details of the vehicle number plate, date of the drive and the number of persons carried.

Note: ticket clearance: automatic number-plate registration – approach to the light barriers at the ticket office required! No ticket procedure is possible at the parking bay by the coach driver or tour guide.
