With Murmi on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road

Enjoy the unique panorama road through the high mountains and experience at first hand the wonder of nature. Because our mascot, MURMI – naturally a real Glockner marmot (not shy of humans and always ready for fun) – accompanies the entire family and invites one and all to play, experience and understand.

After an idea by the Carinthian designer Michaela Fink, four theme playgrounds were very lovingly designed with such alluring names as the Gold Miner’s Site, Building the Road, Snow Fun at the Hochtor, and From an Egg to a Butterfly.

While the children wash for gold to their hearts’ content, try out Building the Road, sit in an old building vehicle, observe marmots in the wild, or swing through the air like a butterfly, their parents can enjoy the majestic panorama and take a break for coffee.
